Leadership Mission International is a growing organization that relies on many generous volunteers to carry out our mission.

 

We have partnerships with several schools, churches, businesses and religious organizations throughout the United States who regularly send mission teams to The Leadership Center campus to serve and volunteer. Team members serve in a variety of ways including construction or building projects, farming and agriculture, or teaching seminars and tutoring.

We also accept individuals, couples and families for long-term volunteer roles in a variety of support or staff capacities. We frequently host World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms (WWOOF) volunteers, World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms, to help on our farm as well. Teach and Serve


Teach and Serve


The Leadership Center has a three-year Curriculum that includes English as aSecond Language (ESL), Leadership, Community Development, Business, Entrepreneurship, Teaching, and a variety of other Liberal Arts Courses. We accept applications for all teaching positions on a rolling basis and ask our teachers to commit between three months and one year plus, depending on the specific job.
